I remember, as you all do, when we saw this beautiful 30A for the very first time. Our goal is to always remember that amazing memory and bring it to the workplace daily.
I learned so much from my collegiate athletic career but nothing more important than preparation and attitude, two things that we are always directly in charge of. We pride ourselves in treating each and every client of ours with the utmost respect; we realize that your decisions are very important and that you need positive, genuine, and educated support. We realize we are involved is some of the biggest financial decisions you’ll make in your lifetime; we want our assistance to be a huge adjunct.After playing and coaching intercollegiate baseball, I was fortunate to have enjoyed a successful sales and marketing career in the very competitive medical device industry. Being in an industry where mistakes could be catastrophic has instilled in me the importance of striving for perfection.I’m not sure a lot of people can say this but it’s certainly true; I can honestly say that I can’t wait to get to work every day! Michele’s visits to the spectacular beaches on 30A inspired her to make 30A her home .She has lived in several areas of the U.S. and believes this area to be superior to all others. “I love the fact that everywhere you go you encounter active, smiling people and natural beauty that is both calming and inspiring. It’s not surprising to me that so many creative types live here. Each day brings a new discovery that I can’t wait to explore”, she says.
Michele’s years as an educator have taught her the importance of honest communication, attention to detail, organization and enthusiasm in her professional life. She believes that every individual can enjoy the best that life has to offer through diligence , hard work and setting and achieving personal goals.
She understands the key role that technology plays in accomplishing success in today’s real estate market. Joe Johnson
Joe graduated from the University of Missouri in 1974 and began his professional career as a tax CPA. In 1981 Joe entered the real estate business and in 1984 founded Westin Group, a St. Louis, Missouri based real estate firm. Joe has extensive experience in residential and commercial development and sales, land assemblage, planning, 1031 exchanges, construction and investment real estate. Joe has served as a planning and zoning chairman, economic development council chairman, bank advisory board member, Urban Land Institute guest speaker and many other professional, civic and charitable activities.In 2000 Joe and his wife Laurie bought their first cottage on Hwy 30A. Since that time Joe has bought and sold many, many properties for his own account, most along Scenic Hwy 30A. In 2004 Joe became a full time resident and is practicing the real estate profession with Luxury Properties on 30A Inc. Joe and his wife have 3 grown children, 3 grandchildren and more on the way.
